How do I choose the correct sandal size for my feet?
We use standard Indian / UK sizing, from UK 3 to UK 8 (EUR 36 to EUR 41). Available sizes vary by product and are shown on each product page. Every product page has a Size Chart listing the foot length in centimetres for each size - measure your foot from heel to longest toe. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing 1 size larger.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
Return or replacement requests can be raised within 72 hours (3 days) of your order being marked Delivered. The product must be unused and unworn, with its original packaging, shoe box and tags (where applicable). Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size. To raise a request, sign in to your account and open the order, or email our support team at support@adaafootwear.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. Every request is reviewed and approval is subject to inspection; our team will confirm whether the item is picked up or self-shipped.
Are ADAA Footwear sandals comfortable for long wedding functions or standing hours?
Comfort depends on the style, heel height and fit. Each product page lists the material, heel height and care instructions for that pair, and the Size Chart helps you choose the right fit. If you have a question about a specific pair, email our support team at support@adaafootwear.com before ordering.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier serviceability. An estimated delivery date is shown on your order confirmation; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Once your order is handed over to the courier, a tracking number (AWB) and courier name are added to your order and order-confirmation email. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
