1. Website Use

By browsing or making a purchase on the ADAA Footwear website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Product Information & Images

We aim to display product details, colors and images as accurately as possible. Actual product color and finish may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to photography, lighting and display settings.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Products are subject to availability - a size or color variant may sell out and become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once it is successfully placed (for Cash on Delivery) or once payment is verified (for prepaid orders). We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as a pricing or listing error, unavailable stock, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment already made will be refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment

Online payments (UPI, Card, Netbanking, Wallet) are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available where offered at checkout. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

6. Shipping

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Eligibility and the process for returns and replacements are described in our Return & Replacement Policy, and refund/cancellation handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information, being reasonably available to receive your delivery, and using the website lawfully.

9. Account & Security

Sign-in is verified using a one-time code (OTP) sent to your mobile number or email address - there is no password to manage. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number, email account and devices secure, since these are used to receive your OTP.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photography, descriptions, graphics and the ADAA Footwear name and branding, is the property of ADAA Footwear or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website - including placing fraudulent orders, abusing promotional coupons or offers, attempting to circumvent security or rate-limiting measures, or using automated tools to access or scrape the website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADAA Footwear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays). Nothing in this section limits or excludes any right or protection that applicable Indian consumer protection law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time to reflect changes to our website or services. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
