We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or any account password - you never create a password on our site. Access to your account is verified using a one-time code (OTP) sent to your mobile number or email address.

• Shiprocket - to create shipments and provide courier tracking for your orders.
• An SMS provider - to send OTP codes and order update messages.
• An email/SMTP provider - to send order confirmation and order-update emails.
• Cloud database and image-hosting providers - to store our product catalog and order records securely.

4. Payment Security

All online payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers - these are handled entirely within Razorpay's secure payment flow.

We use industry-standard technical measures to help protect your information, including encrypted connections, signed and time-limited login sessions, and rate-limiting on sensitive actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can contact our support team to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Please note that we may need to retain certain order records for a reasonable period to meet accounting, tax or other legal obligations.
